Watercolour workshop (Beginner-friendly)

  • The Village 3 Katariinankatu Helsinki, Uusimaa, 00170 Finland (map)

Join us for a 2-hour creative session where you'll explore the the basics of watercolour painting when learning how to paint trees.

Relax while you create your own small artworks, prints, Christmas cards, or thoughtful handmade gifts for your loved ones.

What to expect

Arrive, settle in, and let yourself be guided into the playful world of watercolours. No previous experience is needed. Let yourself go while experimenting, enjoy the process, and embrace the little imperfections that make watercolour painting special.

Your host, Elisa, will guide you step by step, introducing some basic watercolour techniques and a little theory along the way. Then, you'll put what you've learned into practice and create your own tree paintings.

All materials are provided, and you're very welcome to bring a reference photo of a tree you'd like to paint (a picture on your phone is perfectly fine, no need to print it!).

Tea or coffee is included as well.

Your finished paintings can become beautiful handmade Christmas or holiday cards, or little gifts in themselves. A lovely way to slow down, get creative, and make something personal during this dark time of the year.
